Operated on a daily basis, with a minimum of 2 passengers on most routes and minimum of 4 passengers on some of the furthest routes.
Pick ups and drop offs will be as per client’s request based on their itineraries i.e. if coming off a flight from Airport to Town, between hotels/lodges to/from activity points.

Child Policy

1. Children between the age of 3 and 11 years will be subject to a 50% discount on all rates.
2. Children under the age of 3 years will be Free of Charge

Important notes for road transfers

1. Rates are per person, one way on a shared basis
2. All other transfers if not scheduled can be done on ad hoc requests for specific times.
3. Clients to ensure that they have valid passports, visa / travel permits, Travel Insurance and any other documents required whilst travelling.
4. All Road Transfers include bottled water for the guests
5. Stay Buddie have no control of sudden fuel and levy increases and hence all rates are subject to change without notice. However, confirmed bookings prior to increase will be honored at the same rates.
6. All payment and cancellation policies are in accordance with Stay Buddie terms and conditions of travel as stated.

Terms & Conditions

1. The company accepts no responsibility for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, mechanical breakdowns, diversions due to weather or any other cause. However, we will endeavor to rectify the situation to the best of our ability.
2. Road Transfers shall operate during daylight operating hours only.
3. Traveler to advise if they require for us to arrange Lunch Packs for guests and driver/s for all Internal and Cross Border transfers. However, this will be at an additional cost
4. The quotation is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Payment Policy

1. 20% deposit at time of confirmation with the balance due 60 days prior to travel.
2. Bookings made within 60 days of travel require payment in full before travel.

Cancellation

1. More than 14 days prior to departure date – NO Cancellation fee.
2. Less than 14 days to departure date – 100% of total fare reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
